On April 12 this year's International Classical Music Awards (ICMA) were awarded in Warsaw during the Ludwig van Beethoven Festival. audite won in the category Historic Recordings with the 12 CD Celibidache Edition. Statement of the Jury: „Thanks to its great expertise in remastering archive recordings, Audite presents a highly interesting and revelatory overview of the early Celibidache years, with a young, fiery conductor: a far cry from the Zen maestro we knew when he was at the summit of his career."
After the latest part of the LUCERNE FESTIVAL series "Claudio Abbado conducts Schubert, Beethoven & Wagner" recently have been awarded with a La Clef du mois of the French online magazine Resmusica, now also the first part of this series "Clara Haskil plays Mozart - Robert Casadesus plays Beethoven" received one of the most prestigious awards in the classical music market. The French journal Diapason gave this production in their current April issue a Diapason d'Or.
Already three days after releasing the production "Claudio Abbado conducts Schubert, Beethoven & Wagner", part five of the series LUCERNE FESTIVAL Historic Performances, it was awarded by the Frensh online magazine ResMusica with a La clef du mois.
The production E. Franck: Piano Trios II with Swiss Piano Trio was registered on the Longlist of German Record Critics' Award (PdSK) and therefore was nominated for the Quarterly Critics' Choice ("Bestenliste") of PdSK.

Claudio Abbado (1933-2014) was closely associated with LUCERNE FESTIVAL for nearly five decades. In memory of this exceptional conductor, three live recordings with the Vienna Philharmonic and the Chamber Orchestra of Europe, made in the summers of 1978 and 1988, are issued here for the first time, revealing all elements of his art: a rousing vitality and emotional immediacy, radiant orchestral splendour and structural transparency.
The album Claudio Abbado conducts Schubert, Beethoven & Wagner (LUCERNE FESTIVAL Historic Performances, Vol. V) will be released on 14th of March 2014. Until then there is the chance of downloading the complete album at iTunes for a preferential price of € 6,99!
The 13 CD-Box Sergiu Celibidache: The Berlin recordings with historical recordings from 1945-1957 of this legendary conductor was decorated in the current issue of french trade magazine Diapason with a Diapason d'Or.
Above all the edition also won the International Classical Music Award (ICMA) in the category historical recordings.
The Award Ceremony and Gala concert will take place on April 12th during the Beethoven Festival in Warsaw, the participating orchestra will be the Polish Iuventus Orchestra conducted by José Maria Florêncio.
