​On December 7 in 1962 Kirsten Flagstad died in Oslo at the age of 67. On this occasion we would like to draw your attention to our release Kirsten Flagstad sings Wagner & Strauss. The Norwegian singer was thought to be one of the best Wagner interpreters ever. Also on the award-winning audite release she sings Wagner Lieder, in addition three of the Vier Letzte Lieder by Richard Strauss and the monologue from Elektra.
